Lamps wiped, shades dusted/vacuumed 

Pictures & Knick knacks hand wiped 

Furniture polished/washed (front, sides, legs) 

Top of fridge washed (must be cleared off) 

Stovetop drip pans/grated scrubbed 

Cabinet fronts and handles hand washed 

Backsplashes & counters washed 

Sinks scrubbed 

Mirrors windexed 

Tubs & showers double scrubbed 

Waste baskets washed 

Beds made (1 set of sheets changed) 

Staircase, bannister & spindles washed 

Dining table & chair legs washed

*Please note : We do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We are unable to move large furniture, but we will try to reach un-visible places either by hand or extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We are unable to guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require extra attention, resulting in an additional charge. Please allow for some dust re-settlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent the entirely.
